  • JHU CIS (Miller, Hennessey, Kolasny) collaboration discussion
    • Statistical pipelines for interpreting shape analysis results (LDDMM and others)
    • Interfaces to large scale calculations (cluster, TeraGrid, etc)
    • Integration of LDDMM surface techniques into NA-MIC Kit
    • Questions:
      • How to best fit these with ongoing NA-MIC plans? (in particular the work by Martin et al)
      • NA-MIC participation in collaboration grant application
        • Driving biological project
        • Correct set of aims that fit with the grant and the needs of the participants
      • Brainstorm about implementation options
  • Slicer 3 Performance Analysis -- ideas? (Katie)
