Session Leader:Guido Gerig
Informal discussion on development and implementation of:
- a) methods towards segmentation and visualization of pathology
- b) methodology required to assess follow-up data with and without pathology
The session was mainly motivated by questions in regard to the UCLA DBP project on TBI, but the discussion might be relevant to all other clinical subject-specific analysis involving pathology and/or serial or longitudinal data.
