Project:

Developing pipelines for shape analysis and doing some statistical quantifications

Goals:

• Write the necessary scripts for such a pipeline.

Current status

We are trying to understand the existing codes for SHARM-representation of shapes and SVM classification to be able to link them properly.

Test data

We are currently using the caudate data from UNC.
