Space Logistics (for Deb Z. - to convey to hotel organizers)

• Wed:
  • One room class-room style for about 50 attendees, seated to allow room for laptop wires and easy movement throughout the day. Need one projector for the room. Need power to each seat, as well as wireless.
  • One room to be set up for "working groups" with 6-8 round tables that seat 4-5 people each. Need one projector for the room. Need power to each seat, as well as wireless.
  • One room set up as a Hollow Square for about ~20 (site PIs). Need one projector for the room. Need power to each seat, as well as wireless.
• Thurs: Main AHM. Single big room set up class-room style for ~100 attendees with laptops and wireless internet. Multiple screens, microphones to accomodate the room size. Need power to each seat.
• Fri: EAB. One room set up as a Hollow Square for about ~30 (board + PIs) with laptops and wireless, and a projector. Other two to be set up as "working groups" similar to Wednesday. One room set up class-room style for 50 attendees. Each room needs wireless and a projector.
