• Wrap the filter in VTK for eventual use in Slicer

• The itkBayesianClassificationImageFilter is now a part of ITK CVS.
• The filter has been wrapped in VTK for use in Slicer.
• Accompanying documentation has been submitted to the Insight Journal: An ITK Filter for Bayesian Segmentation: itkBayesianClassifierImageFilter
