DLPFC Semi-Automatic Segmentor
Introduction
With minimal user interaction, this rule-based algorithm will segment the DLPFC from an input volume. This is a Slicer project but may have components that are appropriate for ITK.
Use Case
I'd like to rapidly segment and visualize the DLPFC by clicking on a convenient gui.
Data
We are using the 28 UCI Schizo cases (structural) for this project. data.

Project Status
- Fully implemented and tested in Matlab
- Currently being coded into Slicer
- Ramsey will be attending the workshop Mon-Wed. He is seeking help porting his Matlab algorithm to Slicer.
