Mbirn: Acquisition Protocols

Goals:
As much as possible we will try to use the MRI vendors (Siemens, GE, Philips) as the distribution mechanism that faciliate sharing acquisition protocols across sites. Right now this is already working with Siemens through the use of 'works on progress' packages that may later become products. When this mechanism is not possible then peer-to-peer collaborations will have to be established to help distribute protocols.

Actions:

• Siemens: provide ADNI wip for Duke (JM, AD)

• Siemens: develop BIRN wip (BR, JJ)

• Siemens: implement AS's (GE) field map (JJ, BR, AS)

• GE: ADNI package (AD); diffusion package (AS)

• Philips: ?? package (SM, MIM, PvZ)
