Objective

  • Put the RSS module, currently a CLI, to a loadable module in Slicer.
  • Add more user-friendly component. Such as the one that allows user to monitor the segmentation contour evolution.

Approach, Plan

Working with NA-MIC Engineering team to convert this module into a loadable module.

Progress

Currently the module has been in Slicer trunk as a CLI.

  • Learn the Slicer Superbuild with Qt enabled
  • Qt loadable module v.s. Script module

Delivery Mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a loadable module
