DWI Warper

Key Investigators

Objective

To complete our DWI warper module. This warps a DWI and resamples the gradient directions (needed since the warp rotates them at each voxel).

Approach, Plan

Finish the user interface, including the GUI, and test.

Progress

Completed and tested the GUI and command line interfaces.

TODO: Change the checkboxes to a radio toggle button.
