DWI Warper

Objective

To complete our DWI warper module. This warps a DWI and resamples the gradient directions (needed since the warp rotates them at each voxel).

Approach, Plan

Finish and test the user interfaces; 1) GUI 2) Commandline interface

Progress

Completed and tested the GUI and command line interfaces.

TODO: Change the checkboxes to a radio toggle button.
