Objective

We are trying to port a mixed reality environment for intra-cardiac interventions from the Atamai Viewer platform to Slicer.

Approach, Plan

Our approach is to implement step by step Atamai Viewer modules into Slicer and/or use existing functionalities from Slicer (i.e. navigation).

Progress

We got navigation using OpenIGTLink 1.1 and IGSTK Sandbox to run with the NDI Aurora EM tracking system on Win32. We developed models for all necessary surgical tools for mitral valve implant and atrial septal defect repair.

Delivery Mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a (please select the appropriate options by noting YES against them below)
