Project Description
Objective
- The objective is to develop an effective scheme for identifying scar tissue. We will integrate the intensity distribution from LA chamber into the overall identification process.
- We will discuss possible improvements/extensions to this work.
Approach, Plan
- Develop the scar identification as a CLI module in Slicer
- Test the method with CARMA data.
Progress
- Delivered scar segmentation as a CLI module
