Cardiac MRI Toolkit Extension Webpage

Objective

  • To create a webpage that will serve as a resource from where information about the CARMA workflow, Slicer modules, documentation and tutorials can be accessed.

Approach, Plan

To bring together all the data we have about the CARMA workflow and make it easy for a user to access it from the webpage.

Progress

We have decided on a basic webpage design (see image) and have the prototype pages in place. We need to finish the descriptive sections on CARMA and the toolkit, and provide a few more links.

Delivery Mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a web page listed on our Slicer extension information page.
