Objective

Develop a web-based viewer for XNAT that can display 3D information from:

  • Slicer scenes
  • Freesurfer meshes

with functionality similar to that of Connectome Workbench.


Approach, Plan

  • Using XTK, be able to load and view a variety of file formats.
  • Integrate into existing 2D XNAT image viewer.
