Course Description

The 3D Slicer is an open-source platform for medical image analysis and 3D visualization used in clinical research worldwide. The purpose of this course is to provide radiology residents and medical students an introduction to the functionalities of 3D Slicer for Radiology research.

  • 12:15-1:00 pm: Hands-on session: 3D Visualization of DICOM Images for Radiology Applications (Sonia Pujol)
