  • We've been testing Raul's "Find Tracts through ROI" button with the cingulum bundle.
  • Five different "Seed ROIs" have been tested
    • original cingulum bundle ROI
    • ROI dilated 3X, 5X, 7X, and 9X
  • For "Find Tracts through ROI", we use the original cingulum bundle ROI, and test the "Sensitivity" feature (Sensitivity = 1, 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100).
