  1. Meeting with Nan-kuei Chen re: new DTI protocol on 3T scanner
    • Some points to address:
      • Better than 2x2x2 mm voxels for DTI, parallel EPI, about 64 directions
      • What B value to use, multiple?
      • Check with Andy, what is his new protocol on 3T (both DTI and FMRI)
      • Better than 3x3x3 mm voxels for fMRI (parallel?)
      • What type of distortion corrections should we use?
      • MPRAGE 1x1x1 for structural MRI
      • 3D T2 1x1x1 for segmentation
      • Do we want Q-ball?
      • How much time do we have for the protocol?
      • Keep line scan?
