• Mark is working on coregistering fiber tracts with structural scans, so that we can more anatomically define fiber projections

• After fibers are clustered, would it be possible to display these "clusters" on the original labelmap, i.e., have a multi-colored labelmap?

• Lauren O'Donnell has been working on the fiber clustering module. This module is currently available in slicer_lmi.
  • Fiber tracks should be "weighted" such that fiber clustering depends more on the final projections of fibers (i.e., fibers that project to a particular brain region will be preferentially clustered)
