Engineering Overview

The Engineering core, led by PI Will Schroeder (Kitware), is responsible for the software architecture, development, integration, and process for the center. Many software tools are being used and created by the engineering core, and a detailed discussion of these tools can be found here. Some of the licenses currently governing these tools are available here: Slicer license, VTK/ITK license.

NA-MIC Kit Architecture
Overall architecture of NAMIC Kit and key components.
Brain connectivity and tumor visualization for radiosurgery using 3D Slicer
3D Slicer used for radiosurgery analysis.
