NA-MIC organizes a variety of events. The engineering core holds a weekly telephone conference. Workshops address specific research focus areas. Training events aim at training NA-MIC participants and outsiders in NA-MIC technologies. Project weeks are intended for making progress in a variety of projects. The majority of NA-MIC events are hands-on and open to collaborators and interested scientists.	Example of a Training Event

September 20-24, 2009: Prostate MRI Segmentation Challenge" at MICCAI 3D Segmentation in the clinic: a grand challenge.
September 24, 2009: Augmented Environments for Medical Imaging including Augmented Reality in Computer-Aided Surgery (AMI ARCS) MICCAI 2009 workshop, London, UK. Demonstration of the Perk Station. One-on-one tutorial available on request.
September 24, 2009: Systems and Architectures for CAI MICCAI 2009 workshop, London, UK. Presentation of the computer assisted intervention plug-in module for 3D Slicer.
September 24, 2009: Diffusion Modelling and the Fibre Cup MICCAI 2009 workshop, London, UK. Presentation of the DTI tractography validation pilot study.
September 25, 2009: 2nd CTK workshop, Oxford UK
Wednesday September 30, 2009 Quantitative imaging workshop ACRIN fall meeting, Arlington, VA. Workshop in collaboration with Duke University and Johns Hopkins.
