  • Course Title: An introduction to DT-MRI Tractography
  • Lecturer: Sonia Pujol, Ph.D., Surgical Planning Laboratory, Harvard University
  • Description: The HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis is a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies. The DT-MRI Tractography course is an introduction to the basics of Diffusion Tensor Imaging Analysis for the exploration of brain white matter pathways. The course guides the users through a DTI pipeline that includes tensor estimation, scalar maps computations, and tractography in the corpus callosum. Perspectives and current limitations on the use of DT-MRI tractography for neurosurgical planning are presented.
  • Date: December 10, 2012, 12:30 pm - 2 pm, MIT Room 56-114, Boston, MA.
