The HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis is a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies.

The 'DT-MRI Tractography' course is an introduction to the basics of Diffusion Tensor Imaging Analysis for the exploration of brain white matter pathways. The course guides the users through a DTI pipeline that includes tensor estimation, scalar maps computations, and tractography in the corpus callosum.
