Step 1: Install Slicer 3

Follow the instructions here to install Slicer 3:

Step 2: Install OpenIGTLink module

Download the binary of OpenIGTLink module:
- For your Linux box, click here.
- For your Windows box, click here.
- For your Mac box, click here.
Copy the binary into igt-tutorial/Slicer3-3.0.2008-05-21-linux-x86/lib/Slicer3/Modules

Step 3: Install IGSTK

Step 4: Connect NDI Aurora tracking device

Step 5: Perform navigation
