Dates: Oct 25 or 26, 2007 Location: Tokyo, Japan or its vicinity Registration Fee: $TBD (this will cover the cost of breakfast,lunch, and coffee breaks for the week).
Agenda
- 9:00: Welcome by Dr. Hashizume and Dr. XXXX (General leadership)
- 9:20: Logistics-Network, power, foods, coffee (Dr. Arata, or hosting body)
- 9:30: Overview, Software needs in Intelligent OR, Dr. Kiyoyuki Chinizei (Software lead of the project)
- 10:00: Introduction of Projects in each site featuring their software needs using a provided template (moderated by Chinzei)
- making commitment to software engineering tool blank, to be filled out by the end of the day after talks and demo.
