JPEG2000 and HDF5 Image Readers in ITK

Project

Objective

Add support to ITK for reading very large microscopy datasets, in particular by reading regions of interest, and subsampled versions.

Approach, Plan

We are adding support for JPEG2000 files (via OpenJpeg), and will be looking soon at HDF5 support.
