  • N. Aucoin posted updates to documentation to specify more ways of generating the data provenance values: Generating Output

Mar 8, 2006

  • S. Pieper and N. Aucoin are working together to update the BIRNDUP scripts and make them data provenance aware, for demo at the 2006 mBIRN spring conference.

May 17, 2005

  • A provanence data description document (DTD) has been completed.
  • Provenance fields as described in this DTD have been incorporated into HID.
  • The Provenance DTD document has been converted into an XML schema document (XSD).
  • This XSD has been incorporated into XNAT.
  • For Oct 2005, BIRN (FreeSurfer, MIRIAD, SASHA) projects will be tested using the provanence in conjunction with XNAT and HID; and sample queries based upon this information will be implemented. POSTPONED.
