Mbirn: XML Naming conventions

There are now a couple of XML namespaces and different ways to parse them. There are a couple of efforts already in progress for XML naming and parsing/processing.

Ways to coordinate efforts and figure out the ways to wrap them/integrate them makes the job of moving data around easier later...
