Shape analysis of the female SPD caudate data

The project week will be used to draft an initial revision of a paper on the analysis of the Harvard/PNL female SPD caudate dataset by means of the UNC shape analysis pipeline. (See also NA-MIC/Projects/Structural/Shape Analysis/Caudate and Corpus Callosum.)
