Plans for adoption within and beyond NCBCs

1. Work with NCBC Working Group leads to install Biositemaps on their web site and then fix up any issues that come up, make sure the Biositemaps are properly consumed by iTools etc...

2. Generate source for Compendium of Governement and Private Programs in Biomedical Computng and Computational Biology using Biositemaps (get PLyster to do this).
