• 2011-02 Change Requests:
  

1) Add MRI (T1 , FLAIR) for aiding the VOI drawing
2) Add labels for additional VOIs
3) Compute SUVs for entire brain (will run on a separate label map devoted for ICC)
4) Segment MRI and compute brain parenchymal fraction
5) Based on segmentation results in 4), compute SUVs for CSF and All White matter)
6) Add total counts for a given VOI
7) Generate denormalized Excel files out of unpivoted SUV outputs. User wants all labels

  to be listed as table headers. Make separate files for SUV Max, SUV Avg, SUV Total Counts
