Fiber Tools Slicer Integration

Our objective is to make existing tools for quantitative DTI tract analysis available through Slicer

Description

  • Proof of concept integration between FiberTracking and Slicer 3 to pass scalar image data
  • Script and XML description to integrate external applications to Slicer 3
