Slicer in Image Guided Therapy

This is a project page for an open-source surgical navigation software for Image Guided Therapy. The project try to extend 3D Slicer, freely available, open-source software for visualization, registration, segmentation, and quantification of medical data, and apply the extended software for Image Guided Therapy.

  • September 14-15, 2006: We have been invited to participate in NIH Workshop on Standards in Change Measurement. This workshop will potentially set the stage for additional workshops that focus on Image Guided Interventions and Open Source standards.
