**August 1-7: During this week, Matt and I worked on the Diffusion MRI Analysis tutorial. Ran into a memory issue that causes Slicer to crash when doing glyphs and tractography. The memory issue has not yet been solved thus this tutorial remains incomplete as of now.

Approach:

  1. Step 1 is update the tutorials to a recent version of Slicer: Slicer4.2.2013-06-24 (r22121)
  2. Step 2 is to report any bugs to the Mantis Bug tracker
  3. Step 3 is to implement self-tests for the tutorials.
