Introduction to NAC Annual Progress Report (APR)

In addition to the regular NIH apr forms, NCRR requires a specialized report submitted through their website, http://aprsis.ncrr.nih.gov

The Finance/Admin Report

The Admin Report consists of a number of forms:

Budget Pages--This is a standard PHS form for the Budget. Download form in Word doc 2590-detailedbudget
Budget Checklist Page--This is a standard PHS form to enter the institution's indirect (or F&A) rate. Download form in Word doc 2590--checklist
Budget Justification--This is a standard PHS form for the Budget. Download form in Word doc 2590-budgetjustification
Biosketch--This is a standard PHS form for the Biosketches. Only newer research members need to fill out this Biosketch. Download form in Word doc 2590-biosketch
Other Support--This is a standard PHS form for Other Support. Download form in Word doc 2590-othersupport
Letter of Intent between BWH and your institutions--This is specific to the institution as the budget numbers may differ. Contact rachana@bwh.harvard.edu if you do not have these.

April 7 General email sent out to all Site PIs and BWH investigators
April 10 Site-specific budget and forms sent out
April 14 Send all publication list to marianna@bwh.harvard.edu
April 14 Send all latest Bio-sketch, Other Support, and budgets for following year to rachana@bwh.harvard.edu
April 28 Send all research material for the APR to Ann Adams, editor - asadams@partners.org
