Updates
- May 17, 2005 (J. Jovicich)
- Paper submitted on multi-site image intensity reproducibility and gradient unwarping effects. Correction software will be distributed
- Working on paper that addresses reproducibility of multi-site cortical/subcortical measures. Should make multisite human phantom data available after this.
- January 20, 2005 (J. Jovicich)
- Multisite Morph BIRN Calibration: J. Jovicich drafting manuscript
- Within-site System Upgrade Calibration: Abstract summarizing progress submitted to ISMRM (Mbirn:_Recent_Publications). Need to run Avanto unwarping and include FLASH scans in analysis.
- Evaluation of Multi-Echo FLASH: Abstract summarizing progress submitted to HBM (Han et al,Mbirn:_Recent_Publications). Preliminary results show that multi-echo FLASH provides better CNR between deep gray (subcortical structures) and white matter than MPRAGE.
- Multisite Pfizer Calibration: Abstract summarizing progress submitted to HBM (Quinn et al,Mbirn:_Recent_Publications). Preliminary results show that multi-echo FLASH provides better test-retest reproducibility of subcortical volumes as measured by ICC, when compared against MP-RAGE.
