Updates
- May 17, 2005 (J. Jovicich)
- Gradient non-linearity of Philips scanners (JHU): no clear answers from them for getting spherical harmonics. Distortion phantom scanned at JHU. NEED: recommendation to follow up for harmonics. Jorge needs to look at data and evaluate if unwarping is needed.
- January 20, 2005 (J. Jovicich)
- Pending: gradient distortion phantom scan at Philips scanner in JHU, used for diffusion studies by S. Mori. Corresponding extension of gradient unwarping (non trivial if needed proprietory information).
- The MGH calibration phantom is presumably in UCSD now. It should be used by any other fBIRN sites who need it and sent back to us.
