A DTI and Genetics Study of Psychosis Across the Lifespan
Here write a brief overview of your project.
Description
- Use of Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) to determine white matter differences between psychosis (schizophrenia, schizoaffective, etc.) patients and healthy controls across the lifespan
- Measure the effect of myelin system genes on FA
10 participants with psychosis and 10 healthy controls have been recruited to date
Key Investigators
- Toronto DBP 1: Aristotle Voineskos, Nancy Lobaugh, Benoit Mulsant, Bruce Pollock, James Kennedy,
- Harvard DBP 1: Martha Shenton
- Harvard DBP 2: Marek Kubicki
