  • Transforms loaded as .mat cannot be saved as .mat. Is there a loss of precision in transform shuffling?
  • EM segmenter does not save some fields in the MRML
  • extensions are not in Slicer path
  • BRAINSFit version as of Oct 8 is broken -- need to revert to 301 that was used by AF earlier
  • Slicer slider has inconsistent response to the clicks to the side of slider -- ignores clicks, then jumps -- very hard to do small adjustments
