During the 2013 instance of the DTI Challenge the discussion turned towards establishing standards for clinical imaging for DTI post-processing. The goal is to help providing guidelines on the clinical use of DTI tractography for neurosurgical interventions. This page will serve as a place for capturing and organizing the activities.
- The community is invited to contribute sample data sets with documented acquisitions.
- Anonymized and defaced data only. You might want to contribute DWI data using the Nrrd format. The datasets should include T1,T2 and DWI scans.
- We have enough data from healthy subjects. We are looking for clinical data from patients with gliomas W.H.O Grade 1-4 close to the motor cortex.
