Home < VT-NAMIC Workflow Slicer-related issues- Transforms loaded as .mat cannot be saved as .mat. Is there a loss of precision in transform shuffling?
- EM segmenter does not save some fields in the MRML
- extensions are not in Slicer path
- BRAINSFit version as of Oct 8 is broken -- need to revert to 301 that was used by AF earlier
