- An invitation for the networking session has been sent to the people who registered for our different education sessions. The research navigators will also advertise it through the Harvard Catalyst website.
- Bob and Charles will give a 20 minutes talk. Jeff will be there also for the networking session.
3. RSNA practice talk (Thursday November 18, 12-2 pm, Armenise Bldg., amphitheater D)

- Valerie will ask Tom Ulrich to work on the advertisement of the event.
4. Residency in Radiation Oncology
- Jeff mentioned that he sat at a meeting to discuss the new requirements for the medical physicists, they will soon need a new certification. The radiation oncology is planning to start a residency program, they are doing a lot of imaging and they need people to teach the residents. Jeff pointed them to the different educational offers from Harvard Catalyst.
5. Feedback on previously submit proposal for pilot scan money
- Randy talked to Bruce and he had no more information on why our proposal was rejected.
- Gordon W. explained that it is just a money issue. If we want to be able to offer pilot scan, we have to find money in on our funds as follow what the ACL lab did for bio assays.
- Annick will get in touch with Brian Reynolds and Dan Sullivan at Duke to learn more about the process at the other CTSA.
