This page is used to collect examples of the valid DICOM SR annotations.

- Input dataset: CT head, distributed as part of testing data with Slicer: http://viewvc.slicer.org/viewvc.cgi/Slicer3/trunk/Testing/Data/Input/CTHeadAxialDicom/
- Screenshot showing placed annotations and available markup tools

- the produced DICOM SR objects produce errors while trying to read using DCMTK SR tools (dsrdump). There appears to be a bug in DICOM SR functionality implementation of syngo.via, see this thread: http://forum.dcmtk.org/viewtopic.php?p=13207#13207
- NOTE: the non-compliant storage of SR object has been observed on a specific version of syngo.via available at our institution. We hope this issue has been resolved in the next release (VM11), and we are waiting for it to become available so that we can confirm this.
