Project Description

Objective

  • Support for 4D nifti in multivolume (needed as input to PK modeling)

Approach, Plan

  • would converter between NRRD and NIFTI work?
  • is native support in Slicer needed, or module specific? if the latter, can support import of NIFTI from MultiVolumeImporter, and add special handling of NIFTI in the PkModeling CLI.
  • evaluate the effort needed to provide native support (via "Add data")
