1. Update on imaging consultation requests
- Clare is the assignee for consultation about MRS of liver. She will re-contact thet PI to get more information on their multi-site clinical trial.
- Genetics is launching a marketing plan with Catalyst central to promote their consultation service. If it is successful, it will be roll out to the other programs.
2. Software for DCE-MRI
- Different software are used or tested at the different institutions.
- DCE-MRI is used at BIDMC in clinical setting for prostate cancer, the method has been very well validated. They also have 2 other tools for research.
- BWH and MGH used Confirma for DCE-MRI of the breast.
- Liver and lung are also used for DCE-MRI
- A post-doc in Ron's group worked with the pulmonary team on a development of a module for DCE-MRI for Slicer.
- Simon and Stefan plan to do pediatrics DCE-MRI at CHB.
- The members proposed to collect all those data internally and build a workshop to do a panel presentation to the different institutions.
- First Valerie will collect the information about state of the art at the different sites
- We will need the collaboration of the clinicians because the acquisition of the data is crucial.
