Objective

  • Update Slicer build to include BRAINSTools bbased on ITKv4 registation fravework
  • Ensure all BRAINSTools regression tests pass in the Slicer environment
  • Test ITK thread pool implemation in Slicer build
  • ITKv4 registation in SimpleITK
