Objective
Our goal is to improve the performance of nonparametric atlas segmentation methods in cases where images align poorly. We will examine local deformations as a measure of quality of image registration for segmentation.
Approach, Plan
Our plan for the Project Week is to apply our method to MR and CT data, including the Head and Neck Cancer dataset.
