Administrative update

• The no cost extension to this ARRA supplement was granted until September 2012. And funding from Carl Kesselman came through.

mi2b2 software/hardware update

• BWH server arrived.
• CHB, John Bickel is handling the project but is on paternity leave until the end of the week.
• BIDMC Jesse ordered the mac mini server, Bill will configure it for him when it arrives. Bill and Chris ran mi2b2 on their mac so they know it is compatible.
• Steve tried to use mi2b2 at BWH last week. He got a couple of error messages about server connections then unspecified errors. We have to figure out if where the connection problem is. On the top right corner of the screen there is a XML button that will give a list of all the errors messages, it will be useful when trying to solve the problem.

Baby brain mi2b2 project at CHB

• Valerie is taking over Vincent's part of the baby brain project. She started to analyze the data of the babies less than a week old to sort the normal from abnormal brains.

Other potential research projects

• Valerie is working in collaboration with Todd Perlstein at BWH on the ultrasound carotid project. It is also a great project to test mi2b2 at BWH.
