DTI Meeting Minutes | December 20, 2006

Present: Doug, CF, Marty, Maddah, Katharina, Bum Seok, Sylvain, Marc, Marek

SCANNING

• Sylvain looked at new GE sequence and it appears to be much better, FAT artifact is barely visible
• Marek will be meeting with Glenn tomorrow to see his new 3D FSE T2 sequence
• A new physicist will be working on MPRAGE sequence

PROJECTS

• Lauren ran clustering, and will be meeting with Marek tomorrow about grouping atlas clusters; Marek will submit this to Biological Psychiatry if results look good
• Jenny and Gudrun have submitted posters to Biological Psychiatry
• Santi presented at past meeting on his filtering method; we will work on implementing this for our data.
• Maddah presented on tractography clustering on 3T data; we will send her ROIs for 10 normals and 5 SZ.
