Announcements:

• Marek is away all this week; will wait until next week to get an update on new scanning protocol
• NAMIC Project Week is coming up at the end of June.

Tensor Coregistration - KangUk:

• Using Mori's probability maps after thresholding (at .2). May need to use several probability thresholds.
• There is some variability in the relative volume before and after transformation due to the non-linear warping
• May need to use overlap measures to test reliability of transformed labelmaps
• Question about how to test validity of labelmaps
• Possibility of using EMSegmentation on FA maps

Scalar measure tool - Gordon:

• Wrote a script for calculating scalar measures for DWIs
• this could be used to test whether Fa or Mode give more power in terms of distinguishing SZ and NC (permutation tests)
