Slicer modules

• 1/2006: Validation of the EMAtlasBrainClassifier module in Slicer2.x using data from previous EM Segmentation pipeline.

Slicer Versions

• 2/2005: slicer2.4 with non linear registration is now available on the SPL system. This version should be used for research purposes. Type "slicer24" to open.

• 3/2005: slicer_lmi will be considered the "testing" version of slicer. It contains new modules (e.g., creation of scalar volumes, tensor coregistration, fiber tracking) but it should NOT be used for research purposes until modules are proven reliable.

Software Testing

• Data is available for both structural and DTI scans. This information should be used to test the reliability of new software.
